ESI is the Employee Satisfaction Index.
What is CSI?
CSI is the Customer Satisfaction Index. This index is used extensively in the automobile business to serve as a benchmark. It is our view, after twenty five years of working in this environment, that ESI begets good CSI and, of course, profitability. There is a very strong correlation between the three. ESI+CSI=profit.
Can you compare historical data?
Historical comparisons are essential to establishing trends. We consider this a very important aspect of employee surveys. Of course, you must have more than one year to establish historical data and provide comparisons.
How do you protect privacy?
All survey responses are anonymous. We are not interested who the individual is, but we are interested in his or her opinions. Most important, management never sees the raw data. If the survey is completed on paper, it goes directly to us and is controlled by us. Management is never near the process. Likewise, if the survey is conducted via the internet, the data goes directly to us.
Can our company choose questions?
Yes, the client company can choose questions that might be appropriate to their circumstance. We have a very extensive question library that is available to the client. We will give the client the advantage of our experience as it relates to the choice of questions. When necessary, we will design the question to fit the needs of our clients.
