Michael is a seasoned educator and coach whose consensus building, communications, and relationship development skills have helped hundreds of organizations and individuals achieve significant milestones.
He is the owner of Audino & Associates, whose retirement lifestyle coaching services and business training seminars inspire individuals and organizations to greatness. He is the chief operating officer for the Charitable Giving Resource Center where he provides business advice and guidance to non profit organizations and government agencies. He is a principal with Syverson Stege & Company, a wealth coaching firm in West Des Moines, Iowa. Michael also serves as a visiting researcher at the Center for Urban Transportation Research at the University of South Florida.
Michael possesses a BS from Iowa State University and a MA from Upper Iowa University. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Wesley Chapel and Clearwater Chambers of Commerce.

Michael also facilitates the 2Young2Retire course which helps participants discover who they are, determine who they want to become, and craft a plan to realize their dreams.
Michael leads small groups of participants through a series of fun and interactive sessions that address key issues such as money, wellness, careers, community service, and small business opportunities.
This powerful, interactive learning experience helps participants clarify intentions, set goals and take action, while supporting other group members who share similar objectives.
